At Agathon Fit, we offer you complete peace of mind at every stage of your order. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, no worries - we’re here to help with easy refund within 2 to 5 business days. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased from the 'Final Sale' section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or questions about your specific item, feel free to contact us.

Refund Process:

For Online Payments

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will initiate your refund within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 2 to 5 business days. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD)

Kindly share your bank account details, including the account number, bank name, IFSC code or your G Pay number or UPI ID. Once we receive this information, the return shipment and verify the product, we will initiate your refund, which will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds are only possible after the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pick-up is completed. If your refund is not processed within the expected timeline, kindly email us at care@agathonfit.com, and we will ensure the refund is completed within 24-48 hours.

(NOTE: Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.)

 

Refund Amount
