General Terms

  • Eligibility: The user certifies that they are at least 18 years of age or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Account Registration: To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring they are accurate.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, logos, images, and materials on the Agathon Fit website are the property of Agathon Fit. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
  • Limitation of Liability: Agathon Fit shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of using our services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of revenue or data arising from delays, missed deliveries, non-deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any act or omission on the part of Agathon Fit. Additionally, we disclaim liability for any damages or injuries resulting from performance failures, negligence, defects, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alterations to records, whether due to breach of contract, tortuous conduct, or any other cause of action.

Products and Services

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Prices may not include shipping and handling fees, which maybe added to your total at checkout, returns or exchanges.
  • Product Availability: We make every effort to keep our products in stock. However, product availability cannot be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI. All payments must be made in full before products are shipped. Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.
  • Billing Information: The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and truthful information. Agathon Fit reserves the right to verify and validate the information and details provided by the user at any time. If any information is found to be wholly or partially incorrect, Agathon Fit may, at its sole discretion, reject the registration and prevent the user from accessing its services and those of its affiliated platforms, without prior notice.
  • Credit Card Fraud Liability and User Responsibility: Agathon Fit disclaims any liability for credit card fraud. The user assumes full responsibility for any fraudulent use of their card and must provide evidence to contest such claims. Users are required to exclusively use their own credit cards when making transactions on the site.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship products across India. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with delivery, such as delayed or lost packages, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Delays and Non-Delivery: Agathon Fit shall not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery of ordered goods caused by vendors (such as trade organizations, manufacturers, or shops), or due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, wars, or acts of God.
  • Complaint Submission Deadline: Agathon Fit will not accept any complaints beyond 10 days from the date of order delivery.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Certain items, such as personalized or clearance products, are non-returnable.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued  within 2 to 5 business days. Please be aware that in the event of non-delivery or late delivery, Agathon Fit is not liable to provide any payment or refund beyond the original order value.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Use of Products: Customers are responsible for using products as intended. Agathon Fit is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of products.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Agathon Fit is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
